Clients may receive Editor-level access when needed for limited content updates such as text changes or blog posts.

How to Request Editor Access
- Visit the DDS Web Solutions Support Portal.
- Select Website Access Request as the topic.
- Provide the user’s full name, email address, and reason for access.
- Our support team will review and create an Editor-level account if approved.
Once approved, you’ll receive an automated email invitation from WordPress with your username, password setup link, and login instructions.
Logging Into WordPress
To access your dashboard after receiving credentials:
- Go to your website’s login page:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin - Enter your username and password.
- Click Log In to access the WordPress dashboard.
If you forget your password, click “Lost your password?” on the login page to reset it via email.
What You Can Do as an Editor
- Edit existing pages or blog posts (text and images only)
- Add new blog articles
- Upload approved media (photos or PDFs)
- View comments and reply to inquiries (if enabled)

If you’d prefer DDS to make a change for you—or if the edit involves design, SEO, or layout adjustments—submit a request through the Support Portal. Our web team will complete the update and confirm once it’s live.
