How to Pay or Update Billing Information

Overview
DDS Web Solutions uses secure, industry-standard payment systems to process all invoices and recurring services. You can complete payments directly through your Stripe invoice link or request a credit card authorization form from our billing team.
Payment Options
1 — Online via Stripe
Every invoice you receive by email includes a secure Stripe payment link. Click the “Pay Invoice” button in your message to open the hosted Stripe page and complete payment using any major credit card or ACH option.
- All Stripe pages are fully SSL-encrypted.
- You’ll receive an automatic payment confirmation once processed.
- Invoices can also be viewed at ddswebsolutions.com/stripe.
2 — Credit Card Authorization Form
If you prefer to authorize payments manually or keep a card on file, contact our billing department to request a secure Credit Card Authorization Form.
Email billing@ddswebsolutions.com or use our Contact Form and select Billing Assistance.
Our team will reply with a secure form link where you can provide authorization details electronically.
Updating Your Billing Information
To update payment methods, change billing contacts, or confirm account details:
- Email billing@ddswebsolutions.com.
- Include your practice name and website address for quick verification.
- We’ll confirm once updates are completed securely in our system.
Invoice Reminders & Receipts
Invoices are emailed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Payment confirmations and receipts are delivered immediately after processing and can be requested at any time through the Support Portal.
